Sie ist am Deutschen Studienzentrum in Venedig im Bereich der Kunstförderung – Bildende Kunst, Architektur, Literatur und Komposition – tätig. Neben ihrer kuratorischen Arbeit (etwa im Museo del Settecento Ca'Rezzonico, Universität Ca'Foscari Venedig) ist sie Herausgeberin von Kunstkatalogen und Autorin. Seit 2010 ist sie Korrespondentin der Weltkunst, dem Kunstmagazin der Zeit.
